You can allow the Vercel Support team to access your deployments' source code for troubleshooting.
For example, when you’re facing a complex issue which requires additional research from the Vercel team. This feature allows Vercel Customer Support to inspect all deployments' source code in this project to assist with debugging.
Vercel reserves the right to investigate your account in emergency situations to prevent serious harm to you or others, or situations where we suspect that your use or access to the Services is violating the Terms of Our Service.
The Source Code Visibility setting is part of your security properties in your Project Settings. This setting is turned off by default and can be turned on by Project Members & Owners.
Go to the Project Settings in the project you want to enable Customer Success Code Visibility for, then select Security from the menu. Then, enable Customer Success Code Visibility and hit Save.
